Have you ever wondering on how to build E-commerce Web application?

This is an open source project which, I suggest to start for codeDocs community in which one will contribute to a step by step website like Amazon/Flipkart/Snapdeal with the latest cutting-edge technology and that is Node.js

Here we will use Javascript on both the backend and frontend of the web application.

If the interested folks want to learn full web development from front-to-back than this project will help a lot.

Requirements

  1. Should know basics of Javascript operations
  2. Students should know the basics of HTML and CSS
  3. Students should be really passionate about building the web applications.

So, guys please suggest, should we start this project or not and if there is any suggestion, then give that too.

e-commerce is a wonderful idea to go with but I would recommend the centralized college website regarding the use case and impact from the community - #32

@maddhruv College website has been built and launched just a few days back.

@akshaysharma2277 @maddhruv Can we have a JECRC student portfolio website. Or to be more precise, CodeDocs student portfolio kind of.

What I'm proposing is a 'HIRE US' page. With one page showing all CodeDocs members in thumbnails, with major skills listed under the thumbnail. Learn More about Me button under it all, which opens up a student portfolio page. And a side button to click if anyone is interested in hiring that person based on his/her profile. Which maybe redirects to their email or something.

Filter options can be there for recruiters based on skills they are looking for.

From students perspective, they'd get a chance to build their portfolio page on it just by clicking a button and entering details, which would be reviewed and improvised with the help of CodeDocs Team and before publishing and later promoted by CodeDocs.

This could be a part of codedocs.org URL as well.

Why I proposed this here, is because code and design is somewhat like a basic E-commerce website
