User Story

As an Outreach Coordinator
I'd like to review the outreach activity
So that I can prioritize the activities of me and my team

Acceptance Criteria

  • Must be logged in with Outreach Coordinator Role - Update user role to support facility self check-in - outreach coordinator (existing user role) #157
  • Should include
    1. number of emails sent per facility
    1. number and list of emails that bounced back per facility
    1. total number of check-ins expected versus number of check-ins started/completed/not done
    1. list of facilities that have not checked-in and their contacts for quick check-in by OC
  • Should be filterable for All Time, Last week, Last 24 hours
  • Should be exportable to csv
  • Visible only to one or more roles? Not sure...(outreach coordinator and admin?)

Notes

"Dashboard" might be a good name but I do not want to induce confusion. Maybe this is the feature that moves us to left nav with Dashboard, Facilities, Contacts

@blakenan-bellese I'm going to move this to phase 2. Things like bounce rate depend on integration with SES, which is a heavy lift at this point. I'll add a ticket to bmore-res too to track some of these metrics. Currently, the backend isn't keeping track of when emails go out and to whom. Bmore-res 2.0.0 will start to introduce more administrative functionality like this. It's going to start moving more towards a general CRM than a specialized API.
