Describe the bug

Address search not working.
Thing is is happening fairly frequently, wondering if there is a sustainable fix?

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

On C&GP website
Click on Find Properties
See "Address Search" box
Key in Address .. 1813 (1st 4 numbers of my home address) ..
Error Msg: "cannot connect to server"

Would expect the address to fill, as more information is keyed in.

If we can lend priority to this, let's do so. This one is super important, as field is a front door for some when on the platform. Have a few higher-profile meetings coming up, ideally this can work. Ty.
