Add a feedback feature

Need some way for end users to submit feedback, whether it is about the app itself or about data that needs to be updated (missing park, missing amenity, etc)

On the front-end, would displaying an email address and linking to a google form be sufficient? You mentioned [email protected] as a possible email address.
