What can we use sets for?
-Hold operator output (indices)
-Manual input indicies
Do we really need sets?

are an idea from @ssuwelack, that derives from Abaqus.
An object could describe with more than one mesh. e.g. invisible physical boundary.

Do we actually support sets in any exporter? Do we have an example using sets?
It looks like our current examples contain sets -- but do not use it. I think we should remove unsued sets to clean up the examples.
