Can possibly leverage delegating map to manage set/list backed multi-maps.

Normal idea:

SetMultiMap<K, Set<V>>
ListMultiMap<K, List<V>>

Goofy idea:

QueueMultiMap<K, Queue<V>>
- Can have pollKey(K) to operate on queue associated with K
StackMultiMap<K, Stack<V>>
- Same idea, but with stacks.
