[FEATURE] Add Phone Number to Profile

[Xazin]

To make it easier to not have to fetch firebase user data for the phone number on the client, we want to have the phone number on the profile as well.

Add the phoneNumber field to User Profile, and create a Migration to fetch the phone number from Firebase Authentication based on the stored UserID.
