The fixedBedHeatTransFilteredFoam is an extended solver based on the official "DPMFoam" solver with thermal particles.

The model details are described in the published paper [1]. The model is designed for the particle heat transfer when the particle size is much larger than the grid size.
The basicThermoParcel
and the basicThermoCloud
are redefined to include the colliding Template layer. Since the model was aiming to calculated fixed-bed a DEMFlag
was used to control the calculation frequency of colliding model (only the momentum colliding, the heat transfer due to contact which was embeded in the colloing model will be calculated every time step).
The case used in the paper is added as a test and tutorial case for this slover.
