Route tracing for huge numbers of hosts sometimes reports erroneous paths. #8

Sometimes when using very large numbers of hosts (1000's and possibly with repeated multiple distinct hostnames that resolve to the same IP) a host in a route trace will be repeated, with the second appearance having an rtt of 1/100th to 1/1000th of the first.

This is (hopefully) fixed by v4.1.0, waiting on data to confirm.
