XBMC Issues with Gotham

I have tried at another site rather than update my home version of XBMC running Eden

Noticed!
Running Gotham

Connect...Fine
Select movie...Fine
Play Movie...Fine
Playing Screen???

The slider does not move as the movie is playing, also when swiping slider the movie jumps to the requested position but the slider goes back to zero and the seek time doesn't change

The OK button used to bring up a control context menu for video,sound quick settings etc and this no longer does.

Hesitation on Forward/reverse transport buttons

After stopping Movie, when listing Movies scroll list works but lots of delay in being able to select movie to play
