Cannot retry a payment if more than one payment method with the same type specified

It is possible to create multiple payment methods of the same type, such as two Google Pay methods. However, this will cause a 500 error on the retry payment page because the same form type is rendered twice.

Possible solutions:

• render a retry payment form on a separate page
• render a from type for each payment method type only once and adjust it while selected
