cannot uninstall openedr from Add/Remove program #16

I cannot uninstall openedr from Add/Remove program , it says no permission

i tried this from command line as system user and it works

msiexec /x OpenEDR-installation-2.0.0.0-x64.msi

Cannot reproduce it.
To remove openedr you really need Administrator or System privileges.
When I remove application from "Add\Remove" using nonAdmin account I get UAC and can put administrators credentials and then uninstallation continues successfully.
