I have the same warning in CodeKit ( sass: 3.4.21, compass: 1.0.3 ):

Compiled successfully, but Compass issued these warnings:

This issue should be shut as it is indeed a duplicate of #2052, however if you want a fix until this resolved in core, see #2088 for a fix until the issue is resolved in the repo directly
