File input form won't let you choose the same file twice

Bug Description

The file input form won't let you choose the same file twice. This is primarily an issue when importing backups, because if the user enters an incorrect password, they must "reset" the form before choosing the file again.

Steps to Reproduce

• Attempt to import a backup, but write an incorrect password.
• Attempt to import the same backup again.

Expected Result

• You are prompted for the password again

Actual Result

• nothing happens
