Bug Description

In footer of https://sctools.mainnet.concordium.software/, there is a link to: https://developer.concordium.software/en/mainnet/smart-contracts/guides/on-chain-index.html which returns 404

I don't know exactly where the URI should point, but probably not to a 404 ;)
