Hi! I'm trying to use tappAS, but kept encountering the following, even with the Demo project and data from the tutorial:
When I open tappAS, it claims that I haven't installed all the R scripts, although I have double and triple-checked this.
The installation script also terminates with an error, so I installed them manually. I had a few issues with installing mdgsa, since it has been removed from the latest BioConductor version, but I included the versions of each of my packages below.
When I try to create a project using the Mus musculus Demo 1, the annotation is processed, but it seems as though something fails when analyzing the expression matrix. I've included the log below (sorry, the error messages are in German but easily translated) log.txt
I'm not sure exactly what is going wrong, but it could also definitely be an issue on my part. I'm using R version 4.4.2, on an M1-chip macbook, if that helps. I've installed java as described in the installation pdf using wget.
Thank you very much for your help!
