Device Picker does not update after first load

One first load it looks like devices are discovered. If an airplay device is not available before the app is launched then it will never show in the device picker.

Similarly if the device is available at app launch and then goes away it is never removed from the device picker.

Essentially the device list seems to be populated on app start up and then never refreshed.

Same behaviour on iOS and Android
