Pre-release steps

• Extract the Sampler apps into a separate repository, leaving only the library here.
• Rename the repo to Connect-SDK-Windows.
• Remove the ConnectSDK.Windows directory — Remove ConnectSdk.Windows directory before release #2.
• License: Since we only promote this project, ported fully by @sdaemon, I don't think it should include "Copyright (c) 2015 LG Electronics."
• Update README: license, references to LG and @sdaemon.

Nice to have:

• Add comments for classes/methods/functions/etc.

@sdaemon In README.md can you please make the following changes .
In "Including Connect SDK in your app" section

• In the last step please add inline links to Connect-SDK-Windows-Sampler repository and in Sampler README.md add inline link to the Connect-Sdk-Windows repo as I have done here.
• See if you can elaborate the steps to add ConnectSDK . For example see
• In Contact section of both repo please remove all the items and you can ask them create issues for Connect-Sdk-Windows here and Connect-SDK-Windows-Sampler here

@iadnan I added the links and slightly modified the setup description. It is straight forward when using Visual Studio
