How to connect Multiple machines as a single Private Blockchain

This Project helps create a single machine private Blockchain but, how do we create a blockchian on multiple nodes for example: One machine is in US and other in UK.
Use the same docker?

I am getting error when running setup.sh
Unable to find image 'quorum:latest' locally
docker: Error response from daemon: pull access denied for quorum, repository does not exist or may require 'docker login'

Am i missing something?
