In our preliminary study with ferrets, the experimentalist desired a more interactive way to code alternative biomarker extraction approaches. This differs from the simulation coding approach for which concore was developed. A possible approach would be incorporating tools based on Jupyter Lab.

Currently, Jupyter Lab is installed, but its use is questionable. We should investigate how this could be used effectively in creating and running concore programs, somewhat in place of concore-editor's program editor, perhaps.
