As part of GSOC 2024 I wanted to try out concore on my windows laptop. Faced the same issue.
I read a discussion regarding this topic, has there any work being done after that?

concore on Windows should work. It only does not support Docker on Windows.

I made some changes in mkconcore.py and was able to run docker containers on windows
