Zoom In/Zoom Out

When you first start a terminal while writing the top bar all the time changes as though it enters to the task manager. When you enter the task manager and back - window for a moment back to normal. Next when I start to write anything on the keyboard or use a touch screen: window's terminal begins to decrease and increase and then returns to normal but some part text disappears.
