Add edit mechanism for selected services display name

The "name" column of the Monitor tab is just text that is being saved in the .ini so it can be edited. The Identifier cannot be changed.

Add some mechanism to edit individual names.

Issue #4 was a step in this direction by retaining changes to the services section of the .ini file. Services may be reordered and the display name changed. If other services are added with the Select tab those are added to the bottom of the selected services list. Existing select services are not changed.
