For a longer list of selected Windows services it would be nice if the list could be ordered as desired.

Add a way to change the order easily.

Issue #4 was a step in this direction by retaining changes to the services section of the .ini file. Services may be reordered and the display name changed. If other services are added with the Select tab those are added to the bottom of the selected services list. Existing select services are not changed.
