# Build and host Seqera wave container via the wave CLI

- Done using wave-1.5.0 via the jar (facing issues with the Linux binary currently)

## Build Singularity container from Conda package & hoston Seqera OCI registry

- Note, `--freeze` "Request a container freeze" - hosting on the Seqera registry

`java -jar wave-1.5.0.jar --singularity --conda-package vg=1.60.0 --freeze --await`

> `--freeze` works without `--build-repository` only for conda packages and not for a custom Dockerfile


## Multiple packages

- Provide `--conda-package` multiple times:

`java -jar wave-1.5.0.jar --singularity --conda-package kmc=3.2.4 --conda-package vg=1.60.0 --freeze`
