More commands

Add a command for viewers to give the streamer any item in the game and to spawn anything in the game. And maybe even a way for users to run every command in the game from discord or twitch as if they were in the game or had access to console.

You can have it where it disables the risky commands by default and we can enable them if we want. I really just want a way for users to be able to give the streamer whatever they want.

Maybe I’m gonna make a array in the config called allowed-commands with al the global commands allowed by the streamer
