A CS1010A student here.

Whenever I edit code after clicking 'SUBMIT' and try to finalise the submission, I will get a message saying that I will have to resubmit the code.

However, there is no indication of which questions I will have to resubmit, which means that if I do not know which question I have modified after clicking 'Submit Code', I may theoretically have to click 'Submit' for every single question.

Because of this, I wonder if there can be an additional feature (e.g. indication of some sort nudging you to resubmit the code) to let users know that users will have to resubmit the code after modifying them.
