Kubota SVL 97-2 Loader Height Not Working

What happened?

Silo Mode for loading from a "heap" to trailer.

When starting CP with the loader "boom" in the lowest position, CP will stay in that lowest position and level the bucket, fill the bucket, then drive to trailer and dump on ground without lifting the "boom" the entire time.

When starting CP with the loader "boom" in anything but the lowest position, CP will start by lifting the "boom" all the way up, level bucket, the drive to heap with "boom" all the way up and never lower the boom.

How can we reproduce this?

Test with Kubota SVL 97-2 Skid Loader

What did you expect to happen?

Boom to lower and raise to correct position.

Something to do with them listed as <vehicle type="teleHandler" ???
