Duplicate relationships may exist between nodes

Description

If multiple use cases add the same relationship between 2 pairs of nodes,
we allow them to add, for all practical purposes, as duplicates,
but for the use case property.

I am thinking of keeping this (rather confusing) feature in place
because it may help later analysis of paths related to multiple use cases.
