比如目标app是xxx.apk，那么url.js 里包含了具体修改功能，那么如何才能把url.js 注入到xxx.apk，里并生成新的apk呢？

可以的，不过这种方式你要重新打包，dadget是共享的frida内核so。很多app是不能重新打包的。推荐使用magisk 和 riru的结合方式有不少模块可以非常放了离开pc
