CrossRef - Retrieve DOI by Multiple Search Options

Hi,
I would like to make use of CrossRef API to retrieve DOI, by using multiple search options, i.e.: for example if Atezolizumab and Nab-Paclitaxel in Advanced Triple-Negative Breast Cancer is the Article Title and 2018 is the published date, how can I use both the options to query CrossRef API.

For Title, I have used query.bibliographic and I am not sure how to use the Published Date in the query URL.
