It would be extremely helpful to have a means to look up current participants/validate eligible recipients.
Currently, DPS Bill Bucks can be sent to (or from) members of one of three email distribution lists (aka Google Groups, which are also pushed to Okta, FWIW): [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected].
I'm assuming IRT has a similar distribution list (that's also accessible via Okta). The members of [email protected] could probably tell us for sure.

As per David Clark [email protected], IRT participants are all members of the distribution list at [email protected].

Addressing this issue at least partially, Okta will now only allow members of one of the email distribution lists indicated above to access send Bills via email with the Bill Bucks Generator. All others will be directed to this page: https://help.checkmyokta.com/article/942-app-not-assigned-in-okta
