Support for numeric arrays #409

I'm not sure of the details but I'm aware this variable type was added to Crunch recently. We probably need methods similar to/support within:

bind_categorical_array
unbind
create_variable

As well as general editing the will presumably come along with extension of the Variable/SubVariable classes.
