Closes #70
I've added commitizen + changelog generator

Things to review:

Things to discuss:

  • should we generate changelog for each package? or only in main package?
  • main repo version tag, so that we create change log from that version tag. now, there's no version tag on main package, esp: v1.0.0
  • Decide on our changelog format, we can customize our changelog

btw i think we need to find a way to aggregate releases / changelogs of all packages into one, instead of having so many releases that we are having right now.
