TODO items identified during 2024 April workshop

The following changes have been suggested / identified whilst we were running the python workshop.

• There are no answers notebooks available for reference after the fact. Recommend that we have a notebooks/answers/ directory that has a version of each notebook filled out, including the outputs.
• We almost never make it to the final parts of the workshop. Possible on the relevant swc site page we should have a less ambitious schedule so that people don't feel like we are lagging so much. Suggest that we put parts 5-7 into an "extras" or "optional" section.
• This repo name should be updated to be CIDS_Carpentries_Python

Potential alternative to having people installing things on their own machines would be to use Google Collab.
