Port static pages from Atlas v1 to v2 #295

There are a few static pages from the last version of the Atlas which need to be ported to this new version, e.g. https://opportunity.mit.edu/faq, https://opportunity.mit.edu/research, etc. The v1 versions can be found in /frontend-old/src/pages. There are placeholders for the v2 versions of most of those in /frontend/src/routes.
