Log time it takes from receiving the announcement to actually buying the coin #149

Currently we log once a new announcement has been detected and also log when the buy order is created.
It would be nice to then also see the total time it took from seeing the announcement to successfully buying the coin.
(Instead of manually calculating it via the log file)

This would make it easier to analyse potential flaws and see where time improvements could be made.

Also I would like to add, there are many tokens that Binance announces that are not listed on Gate.io, as of time of writing they are annoucing LOKA and this is not available anywhere.
