miraweb: fpic: transparency not working #164

Describe the bug
In MiraWeb, the 'transparency' attribute to 'fpic' is ignored.

Expected behavior
transparency changes should show up on MiraWeb interface.

To Reproduce

create an fpic on top of a miraframe
load an image (png tested)
change the transparency of the image in real time
no transparency displays on MiraWeb interface

Additional context
not tested on Mira App, sorry

Operation System: Windows 10
Max Version: Max 8.0.8

Smartthing (please complete the following information):

Device: iPad6
OS: iOS 13.1.2
Browser: Safari
