New Lenovo PC, fresh install of Max 8.5.2. Windows 11 Pro Windows Feature Experience Pack.

Because Miraweb 1.2.7 is not working on Windows, the user tried 1.2.6. They are getting the error Error 126 loading external mira_ws_server
