Central column: Questions

As there are a number of issues in each of the areas of the screen layout I will group them in that way for the moment, so this issue will be about central column question

Question title

• As the same as the lefthand column 'C1 - ' to 'Cn -' must be removed
• In the DOT file it must be possible for the creator to define which FAIR principle the question relates or number the questions directly.

Supplemental Question

• this is missing for all questions and must be returning a value between 1 and 5 for the learners likelihood to comply 'How likely are you willing to comply with this practice?' Please see v1.0 or v2.0 images created. I hope the code to handle these results is in the assessment of learner results.

• should be in this column.
• Only if the learner has answered all the questions and supplemental questions should the final score and guidance file be created. It would be good if the learner is returned to the first question they have not answered.
