Cart is not displayed correctly when in cart and click again on view cart button

1. go to products and add one product in cart
2. go to cart
3. click again on view cart (upper right icon)

Expected results: nothing (or page is refreshed) - all buttons are active
Actual results: cart summary container do not display 'Checkout' button on mobile and is not displayed at all on desktop
workaround - refresh the page
