Version 1.4.0

As is becoming tradition now, here is the issue for 1.4.0 changes!

Ok, so by the looks of things, these are what we want to include in 1.4.0:

• CV programming #48 CV programming
• Turnouts #43 Turnouts

Previously, these had been suggested for 1.4.0, shall we still aim to include them in the release?

• Command Window Idea #39 Command window idea
• Seperate .js files by resposibility #37 Separate .js files by responsiblity

That leaves these ideas for 1.5.0:

• Add WiFi Support #40 WiFi support
• Add WiThrottle Support #41 Add WiThrottle support
• TrainLink integration #26 TrainLink intergration

And also #42 Support for non-chromium browsers remains on the backlog.

Is everyone ok with this? Also, I have created branches for us to combine changes for the new features (feature/cv and feature/turnouts) for us to merge our new changes into before merging into master. You can then create your own branches to work on, then merge into these branches to stop us working on the same branch.

@FrightRisk I'm guessing the features in the three new issues will be in 1.4.0?
