Loco Roster

Need to finish the locomotive section. Should we have the word roster? Can we add images? Can we click to select that loco. And further, can we then add the loco image somewhere on the throttle? And last, can we have a panel of X number of locos so from the roster you add them to the throttle and then on the throttle screen, you just click on any loco to control it? And if so, do we toggle which loco uses the one control window, or do we have to either tile multiple browsers or create multiple colums or rows for multiple throttles in one browser window?

@FrightRisk sounds good to me. I know @ManiAkasapu has made a branch to do with multiple loco control, I'm not sure what he's doing though.

As far as showing multiple throttles, I think that would have to be done inside one window for now. I would guess only one window is allowed access to the serial connection, however the wireless stuff we may add later may allow for this.
