IMHO when power on it should be red. As for example in JMRI.

(Now it's like a mains circuit breaker in a distribution panel because those are red when on and green when off).

I came here to provide this issue, I spent far too long trying to debug my setup only to realise that the colours are RED for OK and GREEN for BAD

It looks like a simple change; swap lines 428 and 431 in throttle.css
