Reducing the need of entering Place when registering IPP and Meetup

When registering an Incident, it is compulsory to register coordinates for IPP and Meetup. The corresponding "Place" is optional.

You can search/lookup a place or address to find its coordinates, but you need to enter it again in the Place text field. Or if you do it in the opposite order, you fill in the Place text field first, and you have to enter it again when looking up the coordinates in the map.

My suggestion is:

• When you press "enter coordinates"-icon, the search should be populated with the value from the Place text field
• If you search for a place or address and tap "Update", the text from the search field should be copied to the Place text field if the Place text field is empty
