Create/Connect from Device Info should be routed to Personnel instead of Unit

When I go to Map view, tap on a Device that is not connected to a Unit or Personnel, I get the choice of either Create a Unit, og to Connect to a Unit.

I would prefer that the standard is that a Device is connected to a Personnel. A Personnel might change from a Unit to another Unit, and at the same time most likely bring he/her Device with her (take in consideration that most Devices might be of App type. Then it will be a hassle to first move the Personnel to the new Unit, then do the same operation for the Device. Connecting a Device directly to the Unit should be reserved for non-Personnel (Boats, Vehicles, Snowscooter, Dogs, etc.)

There is also a "mismatch" between the options in Device details from Map View and Device View from Device List. The first one gives options to Create or Connect to a Unit, in the last one I have the options of either connect to a Unit, or to connect to a Personnel. These options should maybe be more consistent. Maybe use icons in both dialogs?
