Notification on mobile devices if Meetup is changed

Feature request.
Especially in the initial phase of a rescue mission, the Meetup location often change due to incoming intelligence or better KO facilities. At this point, a lot of Personnel will still be on their way to the Meetup point. Having a Notification on their phones when Meetup is changed might help redirecting some of them to the new Meetup. The feature will also be helpful when Meetup is changed at a later time during a mission.
