Example:
http://data.dm2e.eu/data/html/agent/ub-ffm/sammlungen/Universit%C3%A4tsbibliothek_JCS_Frankfurt_am_Main

Title should be Universitätsbibliothek_JCS_Frankfurt_am_Main

Title is displayed as tsbibliothek_JCS_Frankfurt_am_Main.

On that note, should probably use the skos:prefLabel or dc:title when available for the page headings.
