Image Picker for Image Type is using legacy DNN image picker (folder structure isn't always up to date). #96

When adding new content items that have the image type, the picker looks to be using a legacy image picker in the DNN library.
This should be updated to match the current image picker used elsewhere in DNN in order to pull the most up-to-date folder structure.

A newer image picker can be found within Page Settings -> Basic Settings -> Icon (File Bubble) within the DNN Platform
