Description of documentation change

Add documentation for Connectors and identify Evoq and Platform versions that support them

I submitted an additional request to identify things are Evoq and things that are Platform.

I have some connector documentation I did for a MeetUp the other year. I'll look to see if I can repurpose it and add it to the site.
